A: Yes. We have a large terrace garden to the rear of the pub:

In addition we provide tables and chairs outside the front of the building overlooking the High Street, Market Square and the Village Green.

A: Accompanied children are welcome in the restaurant area up until 7pm. We regret that in busy periods it may not always be possible to accommodate push-chairs or buggies.

A: A large covered & heated smoking area is provided to the rear of the building. This has proved to be a popular place with smokers and non-smokers alike and is regularly the scene of diverse lively and convivial conversations!

A: We have a subscription to all Sky Sports channels as well as ESPN and have the capability to simultaneously broadcast up to three different events in different parts of the premises should the need arise.

The spacious interior of the building allows specific areas to be used for viewing live events without intruding upon those who wish to enjoy the pleasures of the pub and restaurant undisturbed by television!

A: Dogs are welcomed in the bar area. For hygiene reasons, only guide dogs can be accepted in the restaurant area.  Unfortunately, as children are only allowed in the restaurant area, we will leave you to choose which remains in the car if you wish to sit inside with both dogs and children!
